Public Liability Insurance
As a company ara plumbing + interiors holds a £2 million Public Liability Insurance policy. Whilst not required by law Public Liability Insurance is an insurance which every business ought to have. The scheme covers the business should a claim for injury or damages from a third party occur. In addition, there is coverage against death or bodily injury to the public and loss of damage to property not owned by us or in our custody or control. We can happily report that to date we have never claimed on our P.L Insurance and hope to keep it that way.
Diary Availability
We are happy and proud to be able to say that as a company we are popular and therefore busy. As a result of this we feel that it is only fair to let you know that we can not always respond to your needs instantly. We have a diary, a booking schedule and at times- a waiting list. Imagine, if you will, that we have started a large job for you, when an enquiry comes through from another client we would not be able to move on to that job instantly - they would have to wait.
