Our work strictly adheres to the current Building Regulations, Water Regulations and British Standards, all of which ensure that you receive quality work which is safe and fit for use.

Many other competitor companies will only undertake plumbing work and will refuse to do related joinery or plastering work. Clients employing ‘ara plumbing + interior building’ will not encounter such restrictive limitations. The company offers, joinery, domestic electrics, tiling and plastering integrated with plumbing or, as an entirely independent service. There is also a design and consultancy service available.

Work Ethics

We can fully sympathise that having a stranger carry out work in your property can seem a little daunting at first. We therefore do our utmost to smooth this process. To begin with, we do not smoke, chew gum, eat fast food or even read the tabloids. When ever necessary we use dust sheets a vacuum cleaner and always tidy up at the end of the day- even when we’re returning in the morning. We strive to build a relationship which whilst professional is also built upon polite friendship and honesty. We are happy to set our working hours and day around you- the client. Whilst some jobs begin at 8am others start considerably later; this is often the case when children are being packed off to school. Furthermore, at the end of the day should you so wish, we can be flexible in arranging equivalent finishing hours.

What ‘ARA PLUMBING & interior building’ are & are not …

• Are not- building contractors or general builders

• Are not- a large corporate company

• Do not do house extensions, dig trenches or foundations

• Do not employ a vast anonymous team of men

• Do not- smoke, chew gum, eat fast food or read the tabloids

• And defiantly do not- touch base, do blue sky thinking, put things on back burners, push the envelope, ‘incentivize’ or tick any damn boxes!

What is our geographic work area ?

Over time ara plumbing + interiors have worked all over London, however, 75% of clients reside in these north and east London areas: Highgate & Hampstead, Primrose Hill & Camden, Islington & Stoke Newington, Walthamstow & Leytonstone, Dalston & Hackney, Bethnal Green & Shoreditch, Hoxton & Clerkenwell.

Of course, all other areas of London are willingly covered but for obvious reasons, have to incur higher transport/ travel costs

What type of properties do we work in?

As a company we have experience in working in a variety of homes and buildings from converted loft apartments, multi-bed room family homes to first time buyers 1 x bed flats. Additionally work has been undertaken in commercial & public buildings.
