Estimates and Quotations

1. Identify whether as client you have an initial - Estimate or Quotation?

2. Estimates are exactly that & should be considered accurate to within 20% of the estimated sum.

3. We are happy to say that we are busy. Therefore, if you want a detailed break down please don’t expect to have a reply by the next day; it may take a week for us to produce fair and reliable information.

4. Estimates, & some quotations, may undergo transitional amendments, revision of costs and specifications due to unforeseen and unexpected work. Also for work inaccessible during initial surveys.

5. For notably large jobs we have to charge for quotes. Why? To produce accurate information takes a considerable amount of research and time. However, if you accept the quote it will be deducted from your invoice.
